You will own product vision, roadmap, execution, and monetization strategy across a platform serving franchised and independent dealerships nationwide.
What You’ll Own
1. Product Vision & Strategy
- Define and execute the multi-year roadmap for our software solutions.
- Lead transition from “CRM system” to “conversion and profitability engine”
- Align product strategy with company growth pillars (conversion, consolidation, compliance, profit per car)
- Own the full retail flow from lead to service retention
- Build tools that reduce friction in variable operations
- Optimize conversion rates and deal gross via smarter credit and structuring
- Embed AI to become native in the platform
- Shift platform from passive system-of-record to active system-of-decision
- Partner with CRO and CEO on pricing strategy, packaging, monetization expansion and competitive positioning.
- Support PLG + enterprise sales motion
- Build and scale product management, design, and product operations
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Sales, Compliance, and Finance
- Install product rigor (OKRs, discovery cadence, launch discipline, instrumentation)
Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)
- 10+ years in automotive retail technology
- Deep experience with:
- Dealer CRM systems
- Credit bureaus and soft/hard pulls
- F&I workflow
- Lender and B2B integrations
- Prior leadership role in:
- Automotive SaaS
- DMS / CRM / Credit platform
- Desking or F&I technology
- Proven record of delivering revenue-generating products at scale
Leadership Profile
You are:
- Opinionated but data-driven
- Commercially fluent (understand CAC, LTV, retention economics)
- Comfortable in front of dealers and board members
- Fluent in the language of variable ops managers
- Biased toward simplification
