What the Strategic Finance Department does at Worldwide
The Finance Team supports a wide array of business teams in overseeing and enhancing the financial landscape. The finance team provides a comprehensive approach to financial management, strategic planning, and fostering collaborative relationships across various departments.
What you will do
Partner with CFO and leaders to align financial strategy with enterprise goals.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews across business units.
Identify growth, profitability, and efficiency opportunities.
Evaluate investments, pricing models, and major customer proposals.
Oversee financial reporting, KPIs, and compliance with US GAAP.
Lead and develop high-performing finance, FP&A, and project teams.
Support transformation initiatives and advise leadership on strategic decisions.
What you will bring to the role
Strong technical expertise in finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control.
Solid understanding of GAAP, FP&A, and forecasting principles.
Skilled in short- and long-term budgeting and financial planning.
Results-driven, accountable, and solutions-oriented mindset.
Builds collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with multiple financial and accounting systems.
Your experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
15+ years of progressive financial leadership across corporate and operational roles.
10+ years managing and developing high-performing finance teams.
CRO or global life sciences industry experience preferred.
