Senior Vice President of Integrated Payment SalesAs a member of the Revenue senior leadership team, the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Integrated Payments Sales is responsible for setting sales and growth strategies, cascading vision and providing overall executive sales leadership for the Integrated Payments business while also ensuring the business is meeting its new revenue and customer acquisition goals. In addition, the SVP of Integrated Payment sSales will mentor, grow and develop Sales VPs within their respective regions while also collaborating and strategizing with both cross-functional and Revenue peers within the Merchant organization to ensure the business is achieving its objectives.
Position Overview
Oversee strategic direction and execution of sales for the US Integrated Payments business; partner and collaborate with business leaders, including P&L owners, Product, Marketing and Business Development to ensure go-to-market alignment.
Propose revenue and new customer acquisition objectives for the Integrated Payments business, leveraging all sales channels within scope, including digital, inside and field.
Lead, coach and mentor leaders and teams, ensuring their development, growth and performance in meeting sales objectives.
Consistently monitor regional and overall sales performance and effectively communicate salient information real-time to both executive leadership, peers and direct reports.
Understand lead performance through funnel work closely with Marketing and Business Development to resolve issues and/or perfect performance.
Provide executive sales representation with integrated partners, including preparing for and attending quarterly partner business reviews.
Collaborate to develop and implement incentives and compensation plans designed to achieve sales goals and drive business objectives.
Collaborate and partner with sales technology to perfect a sales tech stack that drives innovation, automation, scale and efficiency in the sales process, including use of AI solutions.
Collaborate and promote positive relations with peers, partners and cross-functional leaders in Sales Support, Revenue & Sales Operations, Operations, Product, Marketing, Technology, Business Development, Recruiting, Learning & Development, HR and other areas to ensure organizational alignment and achievement of the business’ objectives.
Promote positive relations with partners, vendors and distributors and collaborate to ensure alignment and achievement of the business’ objectives.
Recommend and support implementation of policies, procedures and sales technology and tools that will enhance operations, sales and the business overall while also efforting to reduce ambiguity, inefficiency and conflict.
Inspire lower-level leadership to recruit, train and create high-performance teams while accomplishing the same for senior-level leadership
Maintain an awareness and understanding of current sales trends within the Integrated Payments industry and be a thought leader for the business.
Foster and champion culture across the business.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a Sales, Business Management or business-related field or five plus years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
A successful sales track record leading Integrated Payments sales at a senior level
10+ years of experience in a leadership position
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong critical thinking, discernment and decision-making skills
Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations
Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills
Self-discipline and the continual desire to improve oneself
Competitive desire to be the leader in the industry
Positive attitude with high energy, passion, commitment and self-motivation
Efficient organizational and project management skills to prioritize work effectively
Prior sales training in The Sandler Selling System (or equivalent program)
The ability to travel frequently
Preferred Qualifications
Strong knowledge of competitor’s products and services
