We’re seeking a Senior Vice President, Infrastructure Solution Engineer professional to join our Infrastructure Solutions Team in Lake Mary, FL, Pittsburgh, PA or New York, NY.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Define and own the engineering vision and architectural roadmap for the transformation program
•  Lead adoption of Applied AI / Generative AI capabilities into enterprise service delivery
•  Drive API-first design strategy, governance, and integration patterns across internal and external systems
•  Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations aligned to business transformation goals
Program Delivery & Execution
•  Own end-to-end engineering accountability for the 2-year transformation roadmap across all phases
•  Establish delivery governance including sprint cadences, release planning, milestone tracking, and risk management
•  Partner within engineering, operations, and enterprise architecture to align engineering output to business outcomes
•  Ensure program delivery velocity, quality, and reliability meet stakeholder expectations
Team Building & People Leadership
•  Build a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, psychological safety, and continuous improvement
•  Provide mentorship and career development for engineers
•  Manage capacity planning, and workforce strategy for the program
Executive Stakeholder Engagement
•  Collaborate with senior leadership and business stakeholders to shape and protect program scope

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

Applied AI & Intelligent Systems
•  Demonstrated experience leading the integration of Applied AI / Generative AI solutions into enterprise products or services
•  Familiarity with LLM-based architectures, AI/ML pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and conversational AI platforms
•  Ability to evaluate and govern AI tool selection, responsible AI practices, and model operationalization
Java Spring Boot Ecosystem
•  Deep expertise in Java Spring Boot microservices development, architecture, and governance
•  Strong understanding of Spring Security, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, and reactive programming patterns
•  Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
API Integration & Design
•  Expert-level knowledge of RESTful API design, API gateway patterns, and integration standards
•  Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and API security best practices
•  Track record of building and governing API ecosystems across internal teams and third-party partners
Leadership & Executive Presence
•  10+ years of progressive software engineering experience with 5+ years in  engineering leadership
•  Proven track record leading large-scale technology transformation programs in complex enterprise environments
•  Experience managing engineering organizations  across multiple teams or workstreams
•  Demonstrated ability to drive results in Agile  model

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents.
