About the Role

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly web and mobile experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to design solutions that simplify complex problems and delight our users. You will be responsible for the full design lifecycle — from research and concept development to prototyping, testing, and delivering polished designs and workflows.

Reports to VP, Engineering

Location: US

Location Type: Remote

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for high-impact initiatives across web and mobile, from discovery and concept through to delivery.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to align business goals with user needs.
  • Conduct user research, journey mapping, and usability testing to uncover insights and validate design decisions for customer and internal-facing products.
  • Translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
  • Maintain and evolve our design system and component library to ensure scalability and consistency.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a collaborative, feedback-driven design culture.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility best practices across the organization.
  • Use data and experimentation to continuously improve product usability and customer delight.

What you bring:

  • 5–7 years of professional UI/UX design experience, ideally in SaaS, e-commerce, or consumer tech.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing complex problem-solving and design thinking.
  • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in user research and usability testing.
  • Excellent understanding of responsive design, platform, and mobile design, and accessibility standards.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills; ability to influence and align stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with global/multi-market products.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript to communicate effectively with engineering.
  • Exposure to AI-driven or data-heavy products.

The starting salary for this role is between $130,000 - $165,000, depending on skills and experience. We have competitive pay bands for all other countries based on market standards. Individual compensation decisions are based on several factors, including experience level, skill set, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. Based on these factors, we expect most of the candidates offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description, as posted. If so, the updated salary range will be communicated to you as a candidate.

Entrupy embraces a diversity of backgrounds and experiences and provides equal opportunity for all applicants and employees. We are dedicated to building a company that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. We believe that the more inclusive we are, the better our work (and work environment) will be for everyone.
