Lead the design process for product interfaces, collaborating with teams to create intuitive, mobile-first designs while mentoring juniors and maintaining design systems.

What the job involves
- Lead end-to-end design process: from discovery and wireframes to prototypes and high-fidelity UI.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Stakeholders to translate complex flows (e.g., money transfer, top-up, KYC onboarding) into intuitive experiences.
- Design mobile-first interfaces that accommodate multiple languages, currencies, and accessibility needs.
- Establish and maintain scalable design systems that align with our brand and product evolution.
- Champion design best practices and mentor junior designers.
Who you are
- Excellent English command (minimum C2) and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- 8+ years of experience in product design.
- Advanced command of Figma.
- High bar for quality and excellent visual, UI and mobile interaction skills.
- Service design mindset, framing problems in context of our UX strategy while executing at low levels of detail.
- You always create clickable prototypes while discussing your UX solutions.
- Bias towards systems thinking, anticipating the ripple effects that small and large design changes will have across all our products.
- Comfortable working in an open and collaborative design environment where feedback is sought early and often
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- While we appreciate your dribble shots, we’d love to see case studies and how the sausage is made.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, LottieFiles.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent English, presentation, communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into compelling design solutions.
- Proven ability to create micro animations, UX gamification and business understanding in the past worked projects.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
