We are looking to add a Senior Test Automation Engineer to our team.

The responsibility of Senior Test Automation Engineer are as follows: 

  • Carries out procedures ensuring all information systems products and services meet organization standards and end-user requirements.

  • Defines master test plans to document overall testing strategy for a project.

  • Thoroughly tests software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects prior to implementation.

  • Delivers computerized system validation document set for the deliverables.

  • Designing, developing and executing automated tests.

  • Maintaining and updating test automation frameworks.

  • Collaborating with development teams.

  • Analyzing test results and reporting findings.

  • Implements improvements to current procedures and develops models of possible automation and future configurations.

  • Performs workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements.

  • Establishes quantitative measurements and techniques for measuring software quality.

  • Establishes, with assistance, advanced software test standards/methods and conducts complex software tests.

  • Participates in review/evaluation of software quality assurance products and services for applicability to in-house needs.

  • Assists with selection of software test engineers for assignment to projects.

  • Staying current with industry trends.

  • Adopt AI to drive efficiency and quality.

  • Mentors and sometimes manages more junior level test engineers.

Key Skills and Qualification:  

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Test Automation. 

  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and robust test scripts using a programming language like C# using Selenium framework. 

  • Experience with integrating Selenium automation into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI or Azure DevOps.

  • Experience in setting up and managing test environments, including browser configurations, virtualized environments, and cloud-based testing platforms.

  • Experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks (e.g., Page Object Model, Keyword Driven) to improve test script reusability and maintainability.

  • Experience in T-SQL in writing complex SQL queries to retrieve, manipulate, and validate data.

  • Understands database concepts like schemas, tables, stored procedures, and functions.

  • Experience in backend data validation to ensure accuracy and integrity

  • Education in Computer science (engineering or bachelor).

  • A willingness or ability to travel as needed.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $105,800.00 - $176,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
