The Impact You Will Make

This role partners closely with the Vice President of Business Technology Strategy & Operations to support translation of strategic priorities into actionable insights and plans operational frameworks, and insights that inform decision-making, transparency, and value creation across the organization.

The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and skilled at synthesizing complex information into clear narratives, dashboards, frameworks, and recommendations. They will help ensure alignment between business objectives, technology investments, and measurable outcomes.

What You Will Do

Strategic Support & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Partner with the VP to support strategic planning, roadmap development, and organizational alignment across technology and business stakeholders
  • Support cross-functional communication by creating summaries, frameworks, and insights that increase transparency and cohesion

Operational Excellence & Reporting

  • Build mechanisms to measure, track, and report progress against technology strategic goals, key metrics, and delivery commitments
  • Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities across teams and support action planning and tracking

Technology Planning & Roadmaps

  • Work with leaders to gather requirements, timelines, dependencies, and resource needs that inform technology roadmaps
  • Ensure roadmap inputs are well-documented, structured, and updated consistently
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics and scorecards across system health, delivery quality, operational maturity, and portfolio performance

Financial & Cost Optimization Analysis

  • Assist in the analysis of technology spend across operating, capital, and vendor categories
  • Support financial modeling, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives, including application rationalization and resource planning

  • Creative thinking and proactive problem-solving applied to advancing improvements in technology and IT operations

How Impact Will Be Measured in the First Year

  • Improvements in key technology and IT delivery, financial, and operational metrics
  • Delivery of meaningful technology operational frameworks analysis, reports, and dashboards

Experience That Matters Most

  • 5-7+ years of experience in business analysis, PMO operations, technology consulting, or technology strategy roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Operations, or Computer Science (MBA or equivalent preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and comfort with modeling, dashboards, and performance measurement
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into meaningful insights and recommendations

Experience That's Great to Have

  • Experience developing reports, business cases, operational frameworks, or executive presentations
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Proficiency in productivity tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and project management platforms
  • Exposure to building or maintaining dashboards (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau)
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail while maintaining a strategic lens
