About this role:
All business and technology organizations must designate Business Resilience Coordinator(s) to assist and support the Business Resiliency Manager in gathering and documenting information. This includes supporting Business Resiliency Managers during an incident to reporting progress and supporting other necessary activities to facilitate an effective response. Business Resiliency Coordinators must understand the business plan they represent in detail. The role supports strengthening the Business Continuity Plans as related to outcomes associated with maintaining adequate plan hygiene and participating on exercises related activities.

The role will aid and support in the execution of all activities for achieving objectives that remediate risks and improve technology related crisis response capabilities. This is achieved through various methods of delivery such as data quality, monitoring, dashboarding, self-identified issues, strategic solutions or integration within existing projects, program, or product deliverables.

In this role, you will:
- Maintain current Enterprise Business Continuity and Resiliency Planning (EBCRP) certification and remain knowledgeable of the Enterprise Guidebook and updates
- Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) with functional managers by identifying dependencies, validating information, securing approvals, and documenting artifacts in the BCP system of record
- Perform risk assessments by reviewing controls, identifying gaps, developing mitigation plans, clearing findings, and maintaining required documentation
- Manage and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) for service offerings and technology plans, ensuring timely updates as organizational or system changes occur
- Plan, coordinate, and document BCP exercises and simulations, serving as the central point of contact and ensuring completion within required timelines
- Facilitate and support Recovery Team meetings, ensuring participants understand plans, interim processing strategies, and recovery responsibilities
- Monitor plan health through ongoing reporting, issue tracking, and remediation, including resolution of quality review findings and logging issues per policy
- Participate in enterprise resiliency governance, including required BRC, QA, and training meetings, and collaboration with Lines of Business to resolve recovery gaps
- Support incident response activities, including participation in the EICC process, incident communications, real event documentation, and adherence to enterprise communication protocols
- Prepare and deliver documentation, reports, and regulatory responses, and support interactions with Technology partners, analysts, regulators, and audits; availability for occasional nights/weekends as required for exercises
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of technology experience

- Experience managing medium technology development efforts within a major line of business
- Ability to influence across multiple organizational levels, particularly with senior management
- Experience managing multiple medium technology development efforts within a major line of business
- Knowledge and understanding of technology risks related to business risk
- Experience with working with a large global organization
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
