This role sits at the intersection of technology and lending operations, requiring both domain expertise and excellent communication skills.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for LoanIQ functionality, configuration, and end-to-end workflows, including the following activity
- Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems
- Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirements
- Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems
- Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutions
- Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes
- Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues in order to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables
- Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA
- Provide support for LoanIQ production support related issues, including troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and remediation options
- 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Advanced hands-on experience with LoanIQ modules such as Deal setup, Facility and loan setup, pricing, billing, GL and lifecycle events
- Familiarity with SQL for data validation a plus
- Knowledge of JIRA and Agile processes to maintain work history
- Ability to create and present LoanIQ transactions, changes, POC and new functionality to stakeholders, including Senior Operations Leaders, Senior Technology Leaders and Finance/Controller Leaders
- Experience working with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong understanding of syndicated lending, member lending, bilateral loans, agency services and loan servicing processes
- Solid understanding of the impact of system integrations, data flows and downstream impacts (e.g., GL, reporting, origination)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- Capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously and supporting team members through training and knowledge transfer
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
