Makpar has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Technical Requirements Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the technical delivery and implementation of enterprise IT solutions spanning hardware, software, and platform services, working closely with engineering, architecture, and operations teams to drive technical outcomes for our federal client.
Role Specific Duties/ Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to align technical requirements, and support solution design and integration activities.
- Ensure delivered capabilities meet performance, reliability, and security expectations.
- Contribute to technical planning, validate requirements, and support the execution of platform enhancements and deployments.
- Monitor technical dependencies, identify risks and constraints within the environment, and help drive resolution of technical issues impacting delivery.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize system performance, enhance automation, and improve operational efficiency across supported platforms.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and operational standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Five (5)+ years of experience supporting the delivery of complex IT solutions across infrastructure, platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work across engineering, architecture, and operations teams to drive technical outcomes.
- Strong understanding of system integration, platform capabilities, and service delivery within enterprise environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or another related technical discipline.
Additional Qualifications as per contract/client (Optional or Preferred):
- Prior experience supporting federal government IT programs.
- Familiarity with enterprise monitoring or observability platforms and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
