We’re bringing CPQ, Billing, Revenue Lifecycle Management, and Revenue Analytics under one platform, and deeply integrating into the ERP ecosystem so customers can trust that revenue data is correct, compliant, and reconciled.
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing team and help us scale world-class engineering, product, and technical talent. This person will play a critical role in shaping our hiring strategy, elevating our recruiting processes, and acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers across the business.

- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including Engineering, Product, and DevOps
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs, role requirements, and interview processes
- Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in competitive markets
- Proactively pipeline and engage passive candidates through outreach, networking, and market mapping
- Drive a best-in-class candidate experience from first touch through offer and close
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring teams on talent market trends, compensation insights, and hiring best practices
- Improve and scale recruiting processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with People, HR, and leadership on hiring forecasts
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting (in-house at a previous SaaS organization)
- Proven track record of hiring for technical roles in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
- Strong understanding of technical skill sets across Engineering (backend, frontend, infrastructure, etc.)
- Experience sourcing and closing passive candidates in competitive talent markets
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and improve recruiting metrics
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- High sense of urgency, ownership, and attention to detail
- Experience hiring across multiple geographies
- Familiarity with tools like Gem, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS/CRM systems
- Experience hiring for specialized roles (e.g., AI/ML, DevOps, Security)
- Background in scaling teams from early-stage to growth-stage
