Job Overview
The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager is a strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing Socure’s recruiting strategies to meet current and future business needs. This role manages the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple functions—including technical, commercial, and executive roles—ensuring the delivery of best-in-class candidate experiences and diverse talent pipelines. Acting as a talent advisor, this individual partners directly with key business stakeholders, influences workforce planning, builds Socure’s employer brand, and leads process and technology innovation within TA. The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager also fosters a culture of excellence, equity, and transparency in alignment with our Leadership Competency Framework.
Job Responsibilities
Architect and lead recruiting strategies and hiring plans that attract, engage, and retain high-quality talent across all job families and levels.
Partner cross-functionally with People Partners, Finance, and business leaders to assess talent needs, align recruiting priorities with business goals, and adhere to budget.
Manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and interviewing through selection, ensuring an inclusive and equitable process for all open positions.
Drive the design and implementation of recruiting processes, technology platforms, and applicant metrics to maximize team efficiency, scalability, and data-driven decision making.
Coach, mentor, and enable recruiters and hiring managers; provide training on best practices and promote the continuous growth of team members.
Standardize assessment frameworks, interview guides, and selection criteria that minimize bias and comply with regulatory and internal standards for diversity and integrity.
Maintain awareness of market trends in recruiting, talent intelligence, and workforce planning.
Job Requirements
8-10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR—ideally with expertise managing and developing recruiters and hiring managers, plus significant full-cycle recruiting experience.
Proven ability in workforce planning, recruiting analytics, sourcing technology, and candidate assessment methodologies.
Project management, stakeholder engagement, and consulting experience, demonstrating strong influence across teams and with C-level leaders.
In-depth knowledge of job leveling systems (e.g., Radford), job architecture, compensation benchmarking, and best practices in market-driven rewards.
Exceptional communication, coaching, and advisory skills, demonstrating Socure’s core values: inclusivity, integrity, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or professional certifications in HR, Talent Acquisition, or related discipline preferred.
