As a Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract) within the Technical Products Group (TPG), you will be responsible for setting the direction, delivering, and executing comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract exceptional talent. The TPG comprises several core organizations, including Technology Development (TD), DRAM and Emerging Memory (DEG), Non-Volatile Engineering (NVEG), Central Engineering (CE), Technology Pathfinding, and Advanced Computing and Emerging Memory Solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the entire talent acquisition process, from sourcing and selection to extending offers.
Develop and execute talent strategies that identify and acquire top diverse talent, enabling Micron's business growth, vision, and mission.
Recruit and deliver highly qualified external candidates for open positions, utilizing consulting skills and staffing expertise to recommend the best course of action for recruiting, assessing, selecting, and hiring.
Effectively interact with and influence all levels of the organization through excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Coordinate priorities and initiatives, troubleshoot and analyze complex problems, and lead multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Demonstrate proactivity, team ethics, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
5-10 years of experience recruiting within a global semiconductor environment.
Proven ability to build rapport and interact with key stakeholders, as well as internal and external partners.
Strong data-driven capability, including the ability to use appropriate metrics to influence and drive decisions.
Demonstrated ability to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
Experience delivering results in a fast-paced environment that requires innovation and adaptability to a rapidly changing, ambiguous environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Previous experience in a global technology firm, preferably in electronics manufacturing, storage, or memory.
Experience recruiting corporate senior technical leadership, including in-house sourcing and selection as well as third-party vendor management.
Innovative, goal-oriented, and collaborative approach to work.
