Recruiting needs are immediate but also long-term: you’ll help build both immediate pipelines and a recruiting strategy for scale.
Run end-to-end technical recruiting: Manage full-cycle hiring for software engineers, applied AI/ML roles, TPM, DevOps, and related functions.
Build proactive pipelines: Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, communities, and events.
Collaborate with leadership: Partner with hiring managers and executives to define role requirements, recruitment strategy, and hiring timelines for both urgent and forecasted needs.
Enhance process efficiency: Leverage ATS tools (e.g., Ashby), optimize workflows, scheduling, interview loops, feedback collection, and reporting.
Sell the vision: Articulate Sully.ai’s compelling mission to clinicians and tech talent alike—helping them understand the impact they’ll have.
Prioritize candidate experience: Ensure smooth communication, timely feedback, and strong representation of our inclusive, mission-driven culture.
Provide hiring intelligence: Track metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, source success), report on trends, and refine strategies based on data.
5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally supporting early-stage startups and rapid growth.
Deep sourcing horsepower: Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, social recruiting, creative outreach.
Experienced with ATS platforms—Ashby preferred.
Excellent stakeholder management: can coach hiring teams, gather feedback, and iterate on hiring process.
Data-driven: track hiring funnel metrics, analyze bottlenecks, and make continuous improvements.
Strong narrative skills: able to clearly communicate Sully.ai’s mission and product impact to attract mission-aligned talent.
Startup-ready mindset: Evidence thriving in ambiguous, fast-moving environments; 0 to 1 builder.
Bonus: experience recruiting for AI/healthcare or high-growth technical organizations.
