About us:
Foodsmart is the leading telenutrition and foodcare solution, backed by a robust network of Registered Dietitians. Our platform is designed to foster healthier food choices, drive lasting behavior change, and deliver long-term health outcomes. Through our highly personalized, digital platform, we guide our 2.2 million members—including those in employer-sponsored health plans, regional and national Medicaid managed care organizations, Medicare Advantage plans, and commercial insurers—on a tailored journey to eating well while saving time and money.

Foodsmart seamlessly integrates dietary assessments and nutrition counseling with online food ordering and cost-effective meal planning for the entire family, optimizing ingredients both at home and on the go. We partner with national and regional retailers across the U.S., many of whom accept SNAP/EBT, making healthier food more accessible. Additionally, we assist members with SNAP enrollment and management, providing tangible access to nutritious food.In 2024, Foodsmart secured a $200 million investment from TPG’s Rise Fund, which supports entrepreneurs dedicated to achieving the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals. This investment will help us expand our reach, particularly to low-income workers who are disproportionately affected by diet-related diseases.

At Foodsmart, our mission is to make nutritious food accessible and affordable for everyone, regardless of economic status. We are committed to a set of core values that shape our culture and work environment:

Measured: We make data-driven, truth-seeking decisions.
Impactful: We are fueled by achieving our mission and vision.
Collaborative: We help each other be better and create a positive environment.
Hungry: We maintain a healthy growth mindset, seeking to overcome challenges with courage.
Joyful: We take joy in each other, our work, and the privilege of doing this work.

Whether you're a dietitian, a commercial leader, or a technologist, working at Foodsmart means being part of a team that is passionate, supportive, and driven by a shared purpose. Join us in transforming the way people access and enjoy healthy food.

About the role:
Foodsmart’s Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) team builds the telenutrition and foodcare platform used by members, providers, and partners. As a Senior TPM, you will lead multi-team, high visibility initiatives end to end owning the intake to launch framework and ensuring a clean PDLC→SDLC handoff. You'll drive predictable execution across our App & Member Experience and Data, AI & Core Services teams, directly improving platform reliability, member experience, and population health outcomes.

You will

  • Own intake → roadmap → launch. Stand up and continuously improve the governance, artifacts, and stage gates that move ideas into prioritized roadmap work and through delivery.
  • Run the operating cadence. Lead the weekly Critical Project Review (CPR); maintain executive-ready dashboards in Jira/Confluence; surface risks, decisions, and tradeoffs early.
  • Deliver cross functional programs. Orchestrate planning, dependency management, and execution across product, engineering, design, clinical, and operations through launch and post-launch.
  • Harden reliability & compliance. Partner with SRE, Security, and Compliance on SLOs/SLAs, change management, release gates, HIPAA/SOC 2 controls, and incident/postmortems.
  • Standardize practices. Jira/Confluence for programs; implement templates, fields, workflows, and documentation that scale.
  • Measure impact. Define KPIs and tie outcomes to member/provider experience and business goals; run post-launch reviews and drive follow-ups.

You are

  • A systems thinker who brings clarity in ambiguity, balances speed with risk, and earns trust across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Calm under pressure; crisp in written/verbal/exec communication; comfortable making and documenting decisions.
  • Highly adaptable, quick to pivot as priorities evolve, and consistently responsive while maintaining strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

You have

  • 5+ years leading large-scale technical programs (startup or high-growth preferred), with direct partnership to engineering leads and architects.
  • Proven experience running executive forums (e.g., CPR), creating Jira/Confluence dashboards, and driving org-wide adoption of program practices.
  • Technical fluency to discuss architecture, services, data pipelines/ML workflows, and APIs; can review RFCs and probe tradeoffs.
  • Hands-on with Agile/Lean (Scrum/Kanban), dependency/risk management, and launch readiness.
  • Experience in regulated environments (healthcare/digital health preferred) with HIPAA/SOC 2 awareness and audit-friendly change management.
  • Bonus: exposure to AWS (incl. Step Functions), Customer.io, Retool, contact center tooling, or analytics/ML platforms.

  • Tools we use:
  • Jira, Confluence, Cursor, Smartsheet, Figma, Google Workspace, Loom, AWS, modern CI/CD and observability, Customer.io, Retool, AWS Connect.
