Technical Product Manager, Sr. Specialist:

  • Defines and articulates the mission, objectives, and scope of the Unified Security Posture (USP) program in alignment with enterprise security strategy. Leads technical product management activities for multiple technical products, or one strategic technical product, with cross-divisional impact.
  • Serves as the Product Owner for the ASPM platform, managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, and guiding development and implementation efforts. Leads the planning, development, and implementation of new technical products with cross-divisional impact. Defines and analyzes technical markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans.
  • Develops, documents, and operationalizes governance, intake, and reporting processes that support the USP program. Facilitates strong business support through working with team members to promote a consistent approach to decisions/impacts and client propositions. Drives connection across all appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
  • Influences and collaborates with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience. Ensures business outcomes are linked to business case drivers. Collaborates with security, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive adoption and gain buy-in for USP program processes and tooling.
  • Acts as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered. Oversees product teams' support of the messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary. Leads ongoing communication, training, and change management efforts to embed USP processes across relevant teams.
  • Influences and employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience. Establishes and monitors KPIs and success metrics to measure the impact of the USP program and the ASPM platform. Continuously evaluates and enhances the USP program roadmap and tool capabilities to meet evolving security and business needs.
  • Drives the team’s engineering practices in development, continuous integration, and automated deployment.
  • Participates in and influences ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

What it takes:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of eight years related business experience. Three years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred.
