The Opportunity

We're seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Product Manager to lead our Data Automation & Activation initiatives—a core strategic pillar that's transforming how marketers leverage customer data without technical dependence.

You'll spearhead product development that enables marketers to triple hypersegmented audience activation, reduce campaign setup time by 60%, increase AI-powered feature adoption, and demonstrate measurable improvements in campaign performance—all while reducing technical support requirements by 30%.

This is an opportunity to pioneer AI-driven solutions that fundamentally reshape how marketers work and drive quantifiable business impact for our customers.

What You'll Do

As Senior Technical Product Manager for Data Automation & Activation, you'll:

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for data automation workflows, smart audience generation, and downstream channel integrations

  • Collaborate deeply with customers to understand their marketing challenges and demonstrate how Simon's AI capabilities can transform their business outcomes

  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment and successful product delivery

  • Leverage data and analytics expertise to uncover insights from customer usage patterns and inform product decisions

  • Drive AI feature adoption by creating compelling use cases and measuring business impact

  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear value propositions that resonate with marketers

  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies with measurable success metrics

  • Lead the product development process from discovery through commercialization, making strategic trade-offs to maximize business value

  • Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders across the organization, including executive leadership

Who You Are

The ideal candidate brings:

  • 4-6 years of product management experience, preferably in martech, CDP, CRM, or marketing analytics platforms

  • Strong technical background with SQL expertise and the ability to translate complex data concepts for non-technical audiences

  • Proven track record of shipping successful B2B products that solve meaningful problems for marketers

  • Data-driven decision-making abilities with experience in both quantitative and qualitative analysis

  • Strategic thinking capabilities that connect product initiatives to business outcomes

  • Exceptional communication skills that allow you to tell compelling stories with data and articulate complex concepts to various stakeholders

  • Customer obsession with a talent for uncovering unmet needs and translating them into product opportunities

  • Experience with AI/ML products and understanding of how these technologies can transform marketing workflows

  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to make rapid product decisions with incomplete information

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to influence without authority across multiple teams

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Transformative technology: Lead product development for AI capabilities that are fundamentally changing how marketers work

  • Customer impact: See your product decisions directly influence the success of major brands

  • Growth opportunity: Be at the forefront of the rapidly evolving martech landscape

  • Collaborative culture: Work with a passionate team dedicated to solving complex marketing challenges

  • Professional development: Expand your expertise across product management, data science, and marketing technology

What We Offer

  • 100% coverage of medical premiums for employee AND family

  • Flexible PTO

  • Generous Maternity and Paternity Leave

  • Remote work, quarterly wellness, and client support stipends

  • Professional Development stipend

If you're excited about empowering marketers with AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business impact, we want to hear from you!
