Responsibilities:
- Plans, conducts and documents tests on products, systems, components, materials, and technologies. (Examples: Test procedures Vibration, Thermal, Low Pressure, and environmental tests).
- Coordinates test requirements, determines test methods and capabilities.
- Conducts tests, analyzes data and documents results.
- Troubleshoots and resolves laboratory and test-related problems.
- Coordinates test laboratory activities and maintenance and repairs.
- Coaches and trains others.
Experience/Qualifications
- Test & Evaluation technical support and analysis.
- Qualifications in engineering or equivalent technical experience in a mechanical or electrical/electronic discipline.
- Familiarity with engineering change processes.
- Ex Military Technician experience desirable.
- Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an AGSVA clearance - Negative Vetting 1.
