The Role

This role will serve as a trusted advisor to customers and partners on REST API usage, integration architecture, and best practices. It will also design, develop, and host robust Integration-as-a-Service solutions and specialize in leveraging the Java SDK, implementing MQ-based solutions, and configuring Single Sign-on.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and efficient application system architectures to meet business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technologies, define system interfaces, and oversee end-to-end architecture lifecycle from concept to deployment
• Provide strategic guidance to customers on integration best practices, ensuring optimal utilization of APIs to achieve seamless system interoperability
• Contribute to the technical development to support customer requirements leveraging the Veeva Vault platform developer tools such as Java and Javascript
• Design and implement effective data migration strategies, ensuring efficient execution and robust data transformation through ETL processes

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in technology consulting roles, preferably with complex or global projects
• Strong understanding of implementation methodologies for SaaS and IaaS solutions
• Proficiency in Java SDK, Web Services, and integration tools
• Integration/Programming experience with REST-based APIs
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, demonstrating adaptability, flexibility, strong teamwork, and excellent communication skills
• Willingness and ability to travel as required by project demands

Nice to Have

• Experience in the life sciences industry, focusing on commercial or R&D functions
• Experience developing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience working in a consulting role working with matrix teams.
• A demonstrated passion for leveraging technology to drive innovation and solutions
• Experience in configuring SSO solutions for seamless access and integration across applications

Compensation

• Base pay: $90,000 - $190,000
• The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
