Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Direct Member Consultations: Lead 10–15 virtual strategy sessions per week, delivering tailored tax advice, answering complex real-time questions, and guiding members through high-stakes financial decisions.

  • Proactive Tax Plan Diagnostic: Review member tax returns (Form 1040s and schedules) to diagnose multi-year optimization opportunities, including Roth conversions, equity vesting events, real estate transactions, and executive compensation.
  • Custom Modeling & Scenario Analysis: Build, model, and present customized tax strategies using modern planning tools—focusing on bracket management, withholding adjustments, and estimated tax schedules.
  • Technical Research & Analysis: Perform deep-dive research into complex federal and multi-state tax scenarios to architect compliant, creative strategies across diverse household profiles.
  • Planner Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our Lead Planners and Director of Specialized Advice to integrate tax optimization seamlessly into overall holistic financial plans.
