About this role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Talent & Performance Management Consultant to join our Performance Management (PM) Center of Excellence team within the PM and OE/OD group at Wells Fargo. This team is charged with designing and delivering a cohesive, end-to-end performance management program - focused on mitigating bias and risk, while empowering employees to deliver their best work now and in the future. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team, committed to delivering first-class HR solutions for the enterprise.
Candidates should be influential and results-oriented individuals who can build and manage relationships within and outside of HR, perform research and benchmarking on cross-industry trends, develop broad-based enterprise-level process design - including how best to automate and simplify ongoing program execution, analyze success metrics, text analytics, and related insights, and leverage data to inform overall strategy / tell a visual story. The ideal candidate has experience working in large, complex, global organizations, preferably in a regulated industry.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$87,000.00 - $154,000.00

In this role, you will:
- Define, execute, and support end-to-end performance management design and timeline, identifying improvement opportunities via industry best practices, market insights, and internal feedback
- Flex between multiple priorities across the team gaining knowledge of various areas of focus including: performance reviews, goal setting, title promotions, culture and OD/OE
- Collaborate with product partners (i.e. Workday and Tableau) to design, test and execute products and reports
- Drive engagement, enhancements, and execution of the enterprise office title nomination process
- Analyze issues by synthesizing complex data, identify opportunities for process improvement, and propose effective solutions
- Support and inform strategic reporting needs and dashboard insights - including text analytics work - among other key initiatives and roadmap deliverables
- Create and design visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for use across various audiences, including senior stakeholders
- Translate business needs into requirements for the best solution, balancing the need vs. the want to deliver a feasible and robust end-product
- Partner closely with Governance, Product, People Analytics, Operations + Engagement teams to develop and simplify enterprise performance management framework, processes, and deliverables
- Build cross-functional relationships with across Talent, Learning, Employee Relations, and HR to drive cohesive employee / manager experience and end-to-end integration
- 4+ years of Talent and Performance Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Workday product experience
- 4+ years of experience in product design, human resources, talent + performance management, leadership development, corporate strategy, or organizational effectiveness
- Exceptional ability to influence senior stakeholders, flexing style and approach as required in a range of complex situations with diverse audiences
- Strong strategic and analytical skills - with background in leveraging data to tell the right story
- Experience designing, implementing, and managing large-scale complex programs (people, processes, systems), leadership development, employee engagement, career management, and/or performance management programs in an enterprise environment
- Strong change management skills, technology proficiency, systems analysis/thinking, technical mindset, and quality orientation
- Strategic perspective and thought leadership in a broad range of talent + performance management and/or leadership development areas
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills
- Ability to create and present materials for executive leaders
- Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities at once with multiple stakeholders across HR
- Hybrid work schedule in Charlotte, NC or Mpls, MN
