Senior Talent Development & Employee Experience Manager
Role Overview
Reporting to the Director of Global Internal Communications & Talent Development, the Senior Manager drives the execution of learning, engagement, and community programs that build organizational capability across our global workforce. This role brings talent development and employee experience programs to life through hands-on execution, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development Programs- Execute global new hire onboarding program, ensuring a consistent experience and connection to our company culture
- Develop and facilitate manager training programs and workshops that strengthen capabilities
- Manage learning platforms and tools (LMS, content libraries)
- Coordinate career development resources and learning pathways to support employee growth
- Partner with subject matter experts to design and deliver training on key company initiatives (e.g., AI training recommendations)
- Support employee engagement measurement programs (eNPS, annual engagement survey), including survey administration, data analysis, and action planning coordination
- Own the evolution of our Employee Resource Group (ERG) program operations, providing resources and support to group leaders
- Design and execute community-building and connection activities
- Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to enhance key moments in the employee lifecycle
- Manage employee recognition initiatives that celebrate contributions and reinforce company values
- Execute employee spotlights and values-reinforcement initiatives
- Track and report on all program effectiveness, including L&D participation and completion rates, engagement metrics, recognition participation, ROI, and key insights
- Drive operational excellence in program execution, ensuring quality, consistency, and scalability across all areas
- Build frameworks and processes for program delivery and vendor management
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on data, feedback, and best practices
- Build and maintain cross-functional relationships to advance talent development and engagement objectives
- 5+ years of experience in learning & development, employee engagement, or HR program management
- Proven track record designing and executing onboarding, training, or employee experience programs
- Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, or manager development programs
- Strong program management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking, analyzing, and reporting on program metrics
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with learning platforms (LMS) and/or engagement tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Background in instructional design or adult learning principles
- Tools: proficient with gSuite, Lattice, Litmos…
- Employee engagement survey experience
- Experience managing ERGs or employee-led communities
- Vendor relationship management experience
- Experience in fast-paced tech or startup environments
- Tech industry experience (SaaS, enterprise software, or adjacent companies)

The expected annual base salary range for this position is $126,000 - $148,000. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors which include (but aren’t limited to) role level, skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, location, and experience. In addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible to participate in our bonus or commission plans, as well as our benefits offerings.
Must be authorized to work in the United States at time of hire and for duration of employment. At this time, we are not able to offer nonimmigrant visa sponsorship for this position.
