We are seeking a strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with deep technical expertise to drive our technology recruiting initiatives. This role demands a seasoned professional who can navigate complex technical landscapes, build influential partnerships, and innovate recruitment processes to attract top-tier engineering, data science talent in a competitive market.
Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Technical Recruiting- Lead end-to-end recruitment for complex technical roles across software engineering, data science, AI/ML, cloud architecture, DevOps, and emerging technology domains
- Develop and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies utilizing advanced Boolean search, AI-powered tools, and technical communities
- Conduct comprehensive technical screenings and collaborate with hiring managers to design role-specific interview processes
- Manage high-volume pipelines while maintaining quality standards and exceptional candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers to refine role requirements, create compelling job architectures, and establish realistic hiring timelines
- Serve as a trusted advisor to engineering leadership on talent market trends, competitive landscape, and organizational capability building
- Drive workforce planning initiatives by analyzing team composition, skill gaps, and future technical needs
- Influence hiring strategy through data-driven insights on market conditions, compensation trends, and talent availability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (People Operations, Engineering Management, Product) to align recruiting efforts with business objectives
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruiting process
- Cultivate and maintain extensive networks within technical communities, including open source projects, engineering conferences, and specialized forums
- Represent the company at technical meetups, conferences, and industry events to build employer brand and talent pipelines
- Develop strategic relationships with technical universities, coding bootcamps, and professional development programs
- Monitor emerging technologies and talent trends to proactively build capabilities for future hiring needs
- Create and maintain talent mapping initiatives for critical technical roles and niche specializations
- Design and implement scalable recruiting processes that enhance efficiency while preserving candidate quality
- Leverage recruiting technology stack (ATS, sourcing tools, assessment platforms) to optimize workflows and candidate tracking
- Develop and standardize interview processes, evaluation criteria, and decision-making frameworks
- Create comprehensive reporting and analytics to measure recruiting effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
- Mentor junior recruiting team members and contribute to best practice development
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in technical recruiting, with at least 3 years in senior or lead capacity
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for complex technical roles across multiple engineering disciplines
- Experience with high-growth technology companies or consulting in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated success in building and managing senior-level engineering relationships
- Deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including programming languages, frameworks, and development methodologies
- Knowledge of modern technology stacks (cloud platforms, microservices, AI/ML, data infrastructure, cybersecurity)
- Familiarity with engineering organizational structures, career progression paths, and technical role differentiation
- Ability to conduct meaningful technical conversations with engineering candidates and hiring managers

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Experience with technical recruiting in AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, or emerging technology domains
- Certification in recruiting methodologies or talent acquisition technologies
- Previous experience in technical roles or strong technical background
- Track record of building diverse and inclusive technical teams
- Time-to-fill for critical technical positions
