The Integration Analyst evaluates partner experiences, develops integration strategies, performs testing, and communicates project objectives to ensure successful partner integrations and enhancements.

USRM Experience - Distribution is looking for an Integration Analyst (SBU System Support Analyst) to work with innovative and exciting partnerships in Liberty Mutual's Strategic Partnership Group (SPG) channel. SPG strives to evolve and expand our external partnerships with national and global organizations in the Transportation & Benefits, Insurance, Financial Services verticals along with various consumer segments.
As an Integration Analyst in the I Buy I Sell through Third Party Integrations Portfolio (IBIS TPI) you will lead partners, insurtechs, and solution providers, through their development and onboarding to LM APIs, and have responsibility for ongoing integration health with these partnerships. You will evaluate partner experiences for Liberty product alignment, work with SPG Relationship Managers and external partners to build an integration plan and provide expertise, interface with internal and external technology teams, perform user acceptance testing of external integrations and provide your recommendation for launch readiness to the partner. Through this work we drive growth by expanding third party API quote and bind technology partnerships across SPG and Direct Marketing channels.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluates complex business requirements
- Performs process analysis of external partner experiences to determine alternative business quoting solutions or process improvement opportunities.
- Develops and maintains comprehensive documentation of complex external UI/API experience business requirements.
- Develops external partner experience and integration testing strategies, plans test cases, conditions tests, and monitors testing efforts
- Directly responsible for external partner integrations and projects
- Depicts complex ideas, issues and designs to varied audiences
- Communicates project objectives, scope and direction to project team
- Educates IT employees and Product Owners on external partner needs and plans and provides partner perspective for impact of change.
- Creates and implements business operation standards and procedures
- Evaluates industry wide data standards, ACORD or similar.
- Develops methods and tools to track and measure partner integration results.
- Consults on complex business issues and design considerations.
- Performs or directs research activities on industry trends, business products and competitors.
- Analyzes trends and is responsible for tactical and strategic recommendations.
- Works with other departments to coordinate activities in order to ensure that Liberty meets partner expectations.
- Works between quoting experiences to ensure Liberty is providing a consistent partner experience
- Leads problem resolution as needed to ensure that internal and external customers receive prompt, efficient service in accordance with company policies.
- Develops communication plans and related activities.
- Communicates with both internal and external customers on project status, e.g. vendors, business partners and Information Technology.
- Performs special projects as requested
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years related experience.
- Extensive knowledge of business operations, objectives and strategies as well as business process and information flow.
- Understanding of business practices common across many businesses.
- Extensive understanding of re-engineering approaches.
- General knowledge of IT concepts, strategies and methodologies.
- General knowledge of diverse technologies and new and current architectures.
- Skills in object, data and / or process modeling; financial analysis and planning, business value analysis; business process design.
- Negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
