Senior System Engineer

Coordinate and develop power system planning and study projects, including load-flow, short-circuit, transient stability, electromagnetic transient, reliability, interconnection, and system impact analyses. Prepare and review technical deliverables, ensure compliance with industry standards, perform quality assurance, coordinate with engineering teams, and support project scopes, budgets, proposals, and client relationships. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Designs and implements electrical control systems, including relay- and PLC-based panels, schematics, layouts, hardware selection, programming, testing, commissioning, and field support. Manages multiple projects to meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements; coordinates vendors, customers, production, and subcontractors. Leads technical teams, supervises personnel, mentors engineers and field service staff, prepares testing and training documentation, and provides sophisticated troubleshooting and technical guidance.

Perform hands-on testing and validation of vehicle electrical/electronic systems using simulated and lab environments. Execute test scenarios, analyze results, document findings, troubleshoot system issues, maintain test procedures and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integration and feature performance.
