We’re seeking a strategic leader to own and advance Vanguard’s Cash products within the Cash & Savings portfolio. In this role, you will shape and execute the end-to-end strategy for the Cash Plus Account, driving product innovation, client experience enhancements, marketing initiatives, and cross-functional alignment to accelerate growth.

The ideal candidate brings proven expertise in client and deposit product strategy and excels at translating vision into actionable plans that deliver measurable results. This is an opportunity to influence a critical product line and make a meaningful impact on Vanguard’s future and on the financial well-being of our clients.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning and problem diagnosis

    • Independently define business problems and opportunities by consulting with partners. Drive end-to-end client experience strategy, marketing messaging, and product roadmap development. Coach less experienced team members on best practices and business acumen.

  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations

    • Synthesize analyses, key findings, client feedback, and potential solutions into clear strategies that inform product and client experience roadmaps and align with client segment strategies. Prepare and deliver impactful materials, including presentations, white papers, and case studies.

  • Provide subject matter expertise and data-driven insights

    • Leverage expertise to derive key insights from complex data and client feedback, ensuring accuracy and quality. Own and manage the product health scorecard, delivering actionable insights to optimize performance and client outcomes.

  • Monitor industry and competitive trends

    • Stay ahead of market developments and competitive dynamics. Inform senior leadership on trends and recommend enhancements to capabilities, services, and marketing strategies that strengthen Vanguard’s Cash products.

  • Ensure cross-functional alignment and risk management

    • Collaborate closely with fraud, risk, and operations teams to maintain product integrity and security. Participate in special projects and contribute to initiatives that enhance client experience and business outcomes.

    • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of eight years related work experience.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
