Senior Strategy Analyst

You'll be joining the Data Analytics team within Risepoint’s Strategy function. Our team advances the organization's mission by:

• Partnering with our university clients to identify student experience and university value proposition improvements through a mix of advanced analytics, benchmarking, and thought partnership

• Partnering with operational leaders to implement analytics & data science innovations that improve student experiences and operational efficiencies

• Establishing our advanced analytics capabilities as the benchmark for the industry

In the role of Strategy Analyst, you will:

• Understand the perspective and processes of our university clients, serving as an advocate for the client perspective in problem solving

• Investigate and understand challenges and opportunities within our operations, raising performance aspirations among operations leaders

• Design solutions that raise student experience, client experience, productivity, and the distinctiveness of our offering

• Partner with Business Analysts within our team and operational leaders across the organization to operationalize the advanced analytics tools you build

• Own the delivery of data- and analytics-enabled operational improvements in collaboration with operational leaders and analytics experts

• Establish counseling relationships with colleagues across the business from the frontline through executive leadership

• Develop our team through mentorship and apprenticeship of your immediate teammates, and BizOps professionals outside of our team

You will be supported by our Data Analytics team - a mix of career analytics professionals, experienced operators with great analytics chops, and previous consultants - and by the greater Strategy function.

Job Requirements:

• A proven track record of delivering operational improvements, especially leveraging data and/or analytics to accelerate or expand impact

• Experience as a workstream leader, scoping, designing, and managing the implementation of end solutions

• Comfort working with data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL), or an excitement to develop technical data analytics capabilities

• Great collaboration and communication abilities, especially when working with both operations and technical personas

• Familiarity with the education industry gives you a great springboard, but is not necessary
