We are looking for a proactive and forward-thinking Senior ISV Account Manager to establish, cultivate and nurture partnerships with crucial Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) in this innovative field.
 

You will combine revenue generation, strategic alliances, and partnership coordination. Serving as the primary liaison to ISV partners, you will cultivate relationships to advance NVIDIA's computing platform!
 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Plan and Implement: Work with strategic ISVs and NVIDIA cross-functional leadership to define and implement a strategy that generates new business and strengthens our partnership.

  • Drive Co-Selling: Manage joint sales initiatives by facilitating and involving both the ISV and NVIDIA field sales teams and channel partners, promoting broad awareness of our coordinated solutions.

  • Own the Go-to-Market: Develop and own the joint go-to-market (GTM) plan, setting clear objectives, establishing key performance indicators, and managing performance to ensure mutual success.

  • Invent Scalable Programs: Formulate and implement repeatable, scalable growth programs based on targeted use cases for the ISV's solutions on the NVIDIA platform.

  • Work with NVIDIA and ISV Solution Architects to develop engaging technology demonstrations.

  • Business Plan Leadership: Invent and lead a comprehensive business plan to expedite NVIDIA platform adoption, enter new markets, and align with NVIDIA's overarching pharmaceutical industry strategy.

  • Become the Partner Expert: Guide ISV partners through legal, compliance, security, and technical aspects.

  • Foster the Partnership: Advocate for the needs of your ISV partners internally, influencing NVIDIA's product and strategy roadmaps to better serve our joint customers.

What We Need to See:

  • 15+ years of industry expertise in enterprise sales, business development, and strategic partner management, ideally in software or high-tech.

  • Confirmed Partner Leadership: A proven history of building and managing C-level relationships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Global System Integrators (GSIs), or other key alliance partners.

  • History of Success: An enduring history of surpassing revenue goals and strategic aims via a partner-focused GTM approach.

  • Executive Presence: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey a compelling joint value proposition and construct financial cases for executive audiences.

  • Adaptability and Motivation: Succeed in a multifaceted setting, embracing a 'startup' approach to establish organization and achieve results independently.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Ways to Stand Out From the Crowd:

  • NVIDIA’s software platform including NIMs, Blueprints, API, NVAIE, CUDA-X libraries

  • NVIDIA’s strategic HCLS go-to-market priorities across Digital Health, Biopharma, and Medical Device

  • Direct experience working within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.

  • Proficiency in AI, machine learning, accelerated computing, or related GPU technologies.

  • Experience navigating sophisticated legal, procurement, and co-selling agreements. An MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. The cash compensation range is 248,000 USD - 391,000 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
