Our award-winning culture is built around five core values (known as our 5C's): Curiosity, Collaboration, Creative Conflict, Commitment, and Competitiveness. The Role
We are seeking a strategic and relationship-oriented Senior Strategic Account Manager to lead and grow adMarketplace's most valuable and complex client partnerships. This role is focused on delivering measurable revenue impact, driving the adoption of new ad solutions, and deepening long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders.
You will serve as the strategic quarterback for your accounts-aligning cross-functional teams, influencing client roadmaps, and surfacing new opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of consultative sales, account strategy, and performance marketing, with a proven ability to drive upsell and expansion within high-value partnerships.
Relationship Management & Revenue Growth

  • Serve as point of contact for senior stakeholders at key accounts, cultivating strong, trust-based relationships across VP to C-suite levels.
  • Develop and execute multi-year account strategies that drive retention, product adoption, and upsell opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue incremental revenue opportunities by aligning client business objectives with adMarketplace solutions-such as new media formats, international expansion, and advanced data integrations.
  • Consistently reinforce adMarketplace's value proposition through consultative engagements and performance-driven storytelling.
  • Navigate client organizations to unlock new stakeholders, influence budget allocation, and expand usage across business units or regions.

Strategic Account Development

  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Analytics to shape long-term partnership plans rooted in data, innovation, and mutual value.
  • Translate business goals into actionable roadmaps, aligning media strategy, testing plans, and expansion efforts with client KPIs.
  • Own quarterly and annual planning processes, including growth forecasting, opportunity mapping, and executive business reviews.

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Lead internal teams to ensure client priorities are translated into coordinated action across Campaign Management, Product, Tech, Finance, and Operations.
  • Influence internal roadmaps by representing the voice of the customer, surfacing actionable feedback and unmet needs.
  • Drive resolution of complex challenges through structured communication and collaboration across departments.

Performance Insights & Commercial Strategy

  • Understand performance drivers at a high level and leverage internal support to tell a cohesive, data-informed growth story.
  • Track account-level performance and deliver executive-ready insights that connect results to broader business impact.
  • Guide clients through testing and learning frameworks that support upsell initiatives and long-term success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 4-7+ years of experience in strategic account management, partnerships, or client success, ideally in adtech or digital media.
  • Proven track record of growing complex, high-value client relationships through upselling and solution expansion.
  • Executive presence and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead strategic discussions.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to tie business objectives to advertising and media strategy.
  • Adept at navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and delivering results in a dynamic, growth-focused environment
  • Familiarity with campaign performance metrics and digital advertising terminology; hands-on campaign management experience is a plus but not required.
