Job Description

Role - Business Analyst - Change Management
Location - Atlanta, GA 30303
Work Model - Onsite (Hybrid)
Employment type - Full-time Employee

Job Overview:

  • As part of the Operational Excellence team, the Business Analyst will support large-scale transformation programs by driving change readiness, adoption, and business outcomes. 
  • The role works closely with senior stakeholders, project teams, and end users to capture requirements, define impacts, support communications/training needs, and track adoption and benefits realization. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • BA + Change Management Focus.
  • Gather and document business requirements, process impacts, and change scope for transformation initiatives Support change planning by identifying stakeholders, user groups, and adoption risks. Create and maintain business-ready documentation (process flows, user stories, impact assessments, SOPs).
  • Assist in communication planning (audience mapping, key messages, rollout updates) Support training and readiness activities (training needs analysis, enablement support, FAQs).
  • Track change/adoption metrics and help report progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Identify resistance points and support mitigation through feedback loops and action plans Coordinate across project teams to manage dependencies, issues, and timeline alignment.
  • Support project delivery governance with status reporting.

Qualifications

Must have skills:
7 + years of experience 
Change management

Good to have: 
Change management certification
