  • Support implementation and optimization of ERP systems and accounting tools, driving process efficiency and data quality improvements.

  • Provide clear accounting guidance to non-finance stakeholders and help translate accounting concepts into operational understanding.

  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-accountability accounting culture by strengthening internal communication and supporting team development.

  • Step in as needed to support broader accounting responsibilities in a fast-evolving, startup environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or technical accounting roles.

  • Strong understanding and practical application of GAAP.

  • Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adjust effort based on workload demands.

  • Strong attention to detail, judgment, and analytical problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to clearly explain accounting concepts to non-accountants.

  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively across all levels of an organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar ERP platforms.

  • Exposure to government accounting and ASC 606 revenue recognition.

  • Big 4 or public accounting experience.

  • Experience supporting audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.

  • Background in startup or high-growth environments.

  • Comfort adopting new technologies and leveraging AI-enabled accounting tools.
