Job Role and Responsibility:
Design, develop, and implement near real-time data streams, ingesting and enriching business and operational data from various sources across the organization as part of enterprise observability platform. Contribute to large scale planning of strategies. Act as a Key contributor to the development of products that provide full stack observability including application monitoring, logging, alerting, and visualization. Responsible for delivering innovative, scalable, stable, and secure products that provide deep business insight, operational insight, and predictive analysis. Drive complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact. Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors. Assist in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives. Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals. Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff. Subject matter expertise for distributed tracing, logging, and metric visualization using various Observability tools and frameworks. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Minimum education required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or related technical field.
