The Senior Specialist in Product Management for Digital Payments leads product commercialization through strategic communication, collaboration, and analytics to optimize digital payment solutions.

Senior Specialist, Product Management Digital Payments Europe
Main responsibilities:
As a Senior Specialist within the European Digital Payments Team, part of Core Payments, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Product Commercialization team. Your primary focus will be to craft compelling cross-product narratives and identify opportunities to optimize processes and solutions. This position offers substantial professional growth by allowing you to collaborate across multiple facets of product management, from storytelling and internal training to supporting event organization and material development as well as a vast cross functional team.
This role drives digital payments innovation through product optimization and commercialization.
Role
Key responsibilities across EU digital payment product span:
o Align strategic communication and partner engagement across teams to enhance product positioning.
o Collaborate with marketing, comms and product to develop digital payments sales, internal and external comms materials
o Write newsletter articles and develop cross-product sales narratives.
o Coordinate internal and external training.
o Support events related to Digital Payment products.
o Maintain materials on internal SharePoint.
o Organize bimonthly webinars and prepare decks for conferences and large events.
o Use analytics to generate insights, monitor performance, and recommend actions that drive product and business outcomes.
o Develop internal processes to ensure efficiency and alignment across cross functional teams
All about you:
o Minimum 5 years' experience in payments, technology, banking/finance, insurance, or retail
o Economics or Marketing degree preferred
o Strong interest in financial services, including fintechs and payments
o Detail-oriented and well-organised
o Able to prioritise tasks and work under time pressure
o Team player with a genuine interest in collaboration
o Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset
