As a Senior Sourcer on the Sales and Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier sales and marketing talent to support Atlassian's rapid growth. You'll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies that build robust pipelines for a variety of roles across our dynamic Sales and Marketing organizations.
You'll leverage your expertise in market mapping, research, and relationship management to find exceptional candidates through both traditional and creative channels. You will be on the AMER Sales & Marketing Team working alongside Senior & Principal Recruiters

Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $124,200 - $162,150
Zone B: $112,500 - $146,875
Zone C: $103,500 - $135,125
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

- Proactively source and engage high-caliber sales and marketing professionals for some of our most senior and complex individual contributor Sales openings
- Develop and execute creative and proactive sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, CRMs, internal networks, and non-traditional channels
- Be a sourcing subject matter expert and go to for the team and our contract sourcers; conducting training sessions on evolving sourcing techniques.
- Educate the broader team on evolving sourcing throughout the team.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and deliver exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.
- Drive pipeline development, market research, and talent mapping to inform hiring strategies.
- Track, measure, and report on sourcing effectiveness using data and analytics.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- 5+ years of sourcing experience with an in-house recruiting team; experience in a large tech environment preferred
- A strong understanding of market mapping and research
- Proven success in sourcing sales candidates across individual contributor and management level roles within the enterprise software industry
- Ability to showcase success in driving top of funnel strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRMs, internal networks, etc.
- Successfully delivered exceptional hiring experiences for candidates and hiring partners.
- A passion for data when it comes to measuring and reporting on your sourcing and outreach efforts
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently with a bias for action
- The ability to work optimally in fast-paced organizations where change is a constant, and a knack for finding creative ways to hit your targets
