Snyk is the leader in secure AI software development, helping millions of developers develop fast and stay secure as AI transforms how software is built. Our AI-native Developer Security Platform integrates seamlessly into development and security workflows, making it easy to find, fix, and prevent vulnerabilities — from code and dependencies to containers and cloud.

Our mission is to empower every developer to innovate securely in the AI era — boosting productivity while reducing business risk. We’re not your average security company - we build Snyk on One Team, Care Deeply, Customer Centric, and Forward Thinking.

It’s how we stay driven, supportive, and always one step ahead as AI reshapes our world.

Why this role?

As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer for LATAM, you won’t just support sales—you will own the technical strategy for Snyk's most complex, high-stakes opportunities across Latin America. You will orchestrate the end-to-end technical lifecycle, evolving traditional validations into Business Value Realization strategies. As a key strategic advisor, you will bridge the gap between developer workflows and C-suite priorities, quantifying Snyk’s ROI and securing our position as a mission-critical partner in this high-growth region.

What You’ll Do:
  • Architect Technical Strategy: Partner with Account Directors to co-lead sales strategy for enterprise opportunities, owning the technical narrative from discovery to final validation.

  • Engineer Business Value: Construct Value Realization Frameworks by partnering with executive stakeholders to define "North Star" security goals.

  • Quantify Economic Impact: Build sophisticated ROI and TCO models that translate technical feasibility into compelling financial justifications for C-suite decision-makers.

  • Drive Strategic Engagement: Present and defend Snyk’s value proposition to high-level stakeholders (CISOs, CTOs), aligning our platform with long-term business outcomes.

  • Execute Land & Expand Initiatives: Proactively identify secondary value streams—such as compliance automation—to broaden Snyk’s footprint within the enterprise.

  • Influence the Product Ecosystem: Act as a strategic liaison between LATAM customers and Snyk’s internal Engineering and Product teams.

  • Localize Technical Advocacy: Tailor technical demonstrations and security workshops to meet the specific cultural and regulatory requirements of the LATAM market.

What You Bring:
  • Multilingual Fluency: Professional-level proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English is required to navigate complex deals across the region.

  • Enterprise Expertise: 5–7 years of experience in Enterprise Sales or Solutions Engineering, with a track record of aligning technical solutions with business challenges.

  • Strategic Communication: Exceptional skills in navigating high-pressure security objections and building rapport with executive leadership.

  • Domain Knowledge: Deep technical understanding of the SDLC, cloud-native architectures, and modern DevOps ecosystems.

  • Value Engineering Mindset: Experience synthesizing technical data into clear ROI narratives and financial justifications.

  • Technical Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

It’d Be Awesome If You Also…
  • Have hands-on experience with LLMs or AI-assisted coding security.

  • Are an active voice in the LATAM developer or security communities.

  • Understand the nuances of the AppSec market within major LATAM financial or retail sectors.

  • Can build technical presentations that keep a room awake and love a good meme.

  • Have experience with the MEDDPICC sales framework.

We care deeply about the warm, inclusive environment we’ve created and we value diversity – we welcome applications from those typically underrepresented in tech. If you like the sound of this role but are not totally sure whether you’re the right person, do apply anyway!
