The Senior Solutions Consulting Manager is responsible for driving growth by ensuring solutions meet prospects’ and clients’ business needs. The Solutions Consultant does this by providing technical product expertise, developing deal strategy, creating the tailored articulation of value, and identifying and solutioning for gaps in client & member delivery model.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate discovery in support of strategic solutioning for product fit and goal alignment
- Tailor and strengthen Request for Proposal responses, financial proposals, and renewals
- Apply deep product, market, and competitive knowledge in live meeting support and written communication with clients, prospects, and consultants
- Delivering an engaging and comprehensive product demonstration.
- Provide key deal and market insights with Go to Market leadership and the Product Marketing team, helping to shape our products, packaging, and the way we message our solution broadly.
Qualifications:
- 6-10+ years of client-facing experience in health and benefits
- Experience in large enterprise client success/account management/consulting
- Experience in sales and/or strategy on best-fit win strategies
- Experience in a high growth, fast changing environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information and messages to a broad and diverse audience
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to travel (travel amount ~15%)
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
Zone A: $128,130 - $180,990 + bonus + equity + benefits
Zone B: $140,943 - $199,089 + bonus + equity + benefits
Zone C: $153,756 - $217,188 + bonus + equity + benefits
Zone D: $166,569 - $235,287 + bonus + equity + benefits

Starting base salary for you will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include education; training; skills; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; our needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and understanding of geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and great compensation package based on their roles and locations.
