About the Role

As a Senior Solution Innovation Specialist covering SC Support, you will be a primary model-building and asset-creation resource for Solution Consultants globally. You will build advanced PoVs, develop new use cases, and create the demo collateral that SCs rely on to win strategic deals. Acting as builder, storyteller, and strategic advisor, you will ensure that Pigment SC team and our partner Solution Consultants are equipped with the best possible tools and content to serve their prospects and customers.

What You'll Do:

    Frontline SC Support
    • Act as the primary model-building resource for SCs in your region, providing PoV builds, workshop support, and pilot assistance.

    • Join on-site customer engagements alongside SCs, contributing deep Pigment modelling expertise to high-stakes opportunities.

    • Triage and prioritise SC build requests, managing capacity across multiple concurrent opportunities.

    • Be an early adopter of new product capabilities, especially in the area of AI.

    • New Use Case Development
      • Lead the development of new demo use cases and industry-specific demo collateral on a roadmap-aligned release schedule.

      • Build original demo models from scratch in collaboration with SMEs from across the organisation, including Product, PMM, and Customer Success.

      • Ensure all new use cases are accompanied by talk tracks, enablement content, and SC-ready assets that can be followed independently.

      • Help to develop the Model Development guidelines that you and the wider SC team will follow to make sure there are consistent standards.

      • AI-Powered Innovation
        • Act as an AI-native practitioner, using LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude) alongside Pigment AI capabilities (Modeler Agent) to accelerate model development and create innovative demo experiences.

        • Explore and prototype new ways of using AI to enhance the demo and PoV-building process, sharing learnings with the wider SIC team.

        • Create AI-generated datasets and build advanced use case models that demonstrate Pigment's AI capabilities to prospects.

        • Demo Library & Asset Management
          • Incorporate new platform features into the existing demo library, keeping assets current with the product roadmap.

          • Build and maintain a scalable template library by anonymising, extending, and adapting models for reuse.

          • Partner with Product and PMM to ensure new capabilities are reflected in demo collateral at the time of release.

          • Advanced PoV & Model Building
            • Build advanced PoVs based on prospect-provided datasets, tailored to the specific use case and business context.

            • Utilise AI capabilities (Modeler Agent, LLMs) to accelerate model development and demonstrate platform innovation.

            • Support SCs in developing domain-specific build-from-scratch sessions, modelling workshops, and PEW delivery.

            • Platform Positioning & Competitive Intelligence
              • Articulate Pigment's value as a holistic planning platform integrating Finance, Sales, Workforce, and Supply Chain use cases.

              • Research competitors thoroughly when building new use cases, and articulate key Pigment differentiators in all assets produced.

              • Equip and enable field SCs with competitive traps, attack strategies, and differentiated positioning.

Who You Are:

    • Experience: 5+ years in the EPM space as a Solution Consultant or Solution Architect, with at least 1 year in an SC or SA pre-sales role. Pigment modelling experience is essential.

    • Model Builder: An advanced Pigment modeller, comfortable building complex, production-quality models from scratch and advising others on architecture.

    • Demo Capability: Skilled at conversational demos that prioritise value, personas, and business outcomes over feature tours.

    • AI-Native: An AI-native professional who uses LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude) and Pigment AI capabilities to accelerate and enhance model development.

    • Platform Thinker: Comfortable positioning Pigment across multiple functions and articulating how integrated planning creates holistic value.

    • Autonomous: Highly self-directed with a track record of delivering complex projects from inception through field enablement.

    • Collaborative: A strong cross-functional collaborator with experience working across Product, Marketing, GTM and Customer Success.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation package
  • Stock options to ensure you have a stake in Pigment's growth
  • We encourage you to take the time you need. When you work hard, we know you also need to rest, which is why we offer generous time off and parental leave policies
  • Along with one company offsite every year, we have brand new offices at the heart of major cities including New York, Toronto, Paris, and London
  • High-end equipment (based on stock/availability) to do your work in the best conditions

How We Work:

  • Thrive Together: We can only win as a team. We are all founders and do the right thing for our peers, Pigment customers, partners, and the planet
  • Never Settle: We aim to become the best at what we do by delivering with rigor and ambition every day. Delivering means building a passionate Pigment community
