About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Solution Consultant, Post-Sales to support the successful implementation and adoption of Socure’s identity verification and fraud prevention platform. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth onboarding experiences, technical enablement, and early client success. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams—including Product, Engineering, Data Science, Customer Success, and Support—to ensure client needs are met throughout the post-sales lifecycle.
This is a high-visibility, hands-on role ideal for professionals with technical acumen, client-facing experience, and a passion for problem-solving.
What You’ll Do
Platform Implementation & Technical Support
Support implementation efforts for enterprise clients, ensuring timely and effective delivery of Socure’s platform.
Assist in defining technical configurations and customizing solutions based on client business needs.Provide technical guidance throughout the post-sales onboarding phase, helping clients integrate and launch successfully.
Client Enablement & Hypercare
Offer hands-on technical assistance during hyper-care to ensure stability and a smooth transition to production.
Work closely with Customer Success and Support to troubleshoot issues and address concerns quickly.
Help optimize configuration and data flows to support client performance goals.
Solution Configuration & Customization
Collaborate with clients to understand their workflows and tailor Socure’s solutions accordingly.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure technical requirements are captured and understood.
Assist in diagnosing and resolving integration or product-related issues.
Training & Documentation
Deliver training sessions and demos to ensure clients are confident in using the platform.
Contribute to the development of documentation, configuration guides, and knowledge resources to support scalability and repeatability.
Internal Collaboration & Feedback
Provide feedback to Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams based on client use cases and post-launch observations.
Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success teams to support ongoing client success and identify expansion opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
3–5+ years of experience in post-sales consulting, technical implementation, or solution engineering roles—ideally within SaaS, identity verification, fraud, or risk technology platforms.
Strong understanding of APIs, system integration, and data-driven platforms.
Effective communicator with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience working directly with enterprise clients and managing implementation timelines.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field).
Nice-to-Have
Exposure to fraud prevention, identity verification, or data analytics tools.
Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, including compliance or data privacy considerations.
Experience in a startup or fast-paced SaaS environment.
