As a Senior Solution Consultant on the partnership-focused team, you will leverage your technical skills, presentation prowess, and subject matter expertise in the field of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) to empower our partners to drive measurable revenue outcomes.

Workiva’s strategic partners are an important and essential part of our go-to-market strategy and the Partner Solution Consulting team supports them in their presales activities, including innovation, solutioning, and demo enablement. Additionally, we advance important partner relationships through our technical mindshare.

In this role, you will become a trusted advisor to partners, serving as a sounding board as partners develop the art of the possible on Workiva. You will develop repeatable materials and programs to help scale and advance partner success. This senior role requires impeccable executive presence, strong technical acumen, a desire to continue mastering Workiva’s solutions, and a leadership mindset.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop meaningful relationships with strategic partners and establish credibility as a trusted advisor and expert in Workiva’s solutions, value-based messaging, and industry subject matters

  • Work closely with partners to ensure their presales activities are aligned with Workiva’s corporate messaging and that partners are setting realistic expectations that will lead to ongoing customer success

  • Develop partner enablement content, repeatable scripts, videos, and guides that will provide a framework for partner demo certifications

  • Increase partner advocacy by demonstrating the value of the Workiva partnership to key partner personas including the executive suite, managing directors, solution architects, and other consultant roles

  • Collaborate with alliance directors and other internal stakeholders drive the growth of partners’ Workiva-related revenue streams (including implementations, advisory, new IP generation, managed service providers, corporate communications)

  • Provide support for technology partners, working closely with Alliances and Product Management

  • Specialize in our GRC solution, and gain high-level fluency in all our solutions

What You’ll Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field

  • 6+ years of related career experience client-facing role in Big 4, Consulting, Presales or similar

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working experience in the domain of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) 

  • Experience working in a large consulting/advisory firm (Big 4 or adjacent)

  • Experience and proven success selling to and engaging with business leaders and executives

  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results and continuous improvement

  • Ability to solve problems and articulate solutions to business problems with strong communication and presentation skills

  • Hands on technical experience with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and architectures preferred

  • Experience with high level technical aspects of connectivity and integration (API)

  • Capability to gather business requirements and present a value based, compelling software demonstration is preferred

Travel Requirement & Working Conditions

  • Up to 25% Travel

  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office

How You’ll Be Rewarded

✅ On Target Earnings (OTE) range in the US: 151,000.00 - 246,000.00 USD Annual

✅ Eligible for commission based on sales performance

✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire

✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant factors.
