In this role, you will:
  • Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
  • Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
  • Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
  • Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of Java/J2EE experience
  • 4+ years of experience with Spring Framework
  • 4+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using open source technologies such as Microservices and Rest API's
  • 1+ years of experience with Event Driven Messaging technologies including IBM MQ or Apache Kafka
  • 1+ years of experience with Cloud technologies including Azure, AWS, Open Shift, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes or Docker
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or engineering
  • Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) and/or Kanban
  • Familiarity with Event driven architecture
  • Financial Services experience
  • 1+ years of experience working with configuration and monitoring technologies such as Ansible, Grafana, Elastic, Splunk, Prometheus, Github, Maven
Job Expectations:

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$100,000.00 - $163,000.00
