We are on the hunt for dynamic senior Software Engineers with a passion for full-stack development to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs. This position demands a mix of technical excellence, leadership capabilities, and a consultative approach to client engagement.
As part of the Cabin Crew, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through their digital journey. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, assess their current digital capabilities, and formulate strategies to achieve their goals. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing innovative solutions, and optimizing digital processes
Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality applications using a range of technologies across the full stack.
- Lead and manage projects from conception to deployment, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product strategists, designers, and engineers, to solve complex problems and create cohesive solutions.
- Serve as a technical consultant to clients, understanding their needs, proposing solutions, and providing guidance and expertise.
- Implement best practices in coding standards, documentation, and software design.
- Mentor junior developers, promoting a culture of learning and excellence within the team.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate into our projects for innovative and efficient solutions.
- Experience with RESTful services/APIs for the backend and/or GraphQL and data retrieval practices.
- Familiarity with version control, especially Git, and industry methods for tracking changes and collaborating with other developers.
- Assist business development efforts in analyzing and articulating client needs during the proposal process. Act as a subject matter expert on software engineering and the Cabin strategic framework.
At least 5 years of experience in full-stack development, with a solid foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python).
Proven track record of leading and delivering complex software projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically and creatively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
Deep understanding of software development life cycle, agile methodologies, and best practices.
Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern development tools and environments.
