Arryved Inc., part of the Fullsteam organization, is a Boulder-based company specializing in Point-of-Sale, brewery production ERP, and other software for the craft beverage industry. Job Summary:
As a member of our engineering team, you will develop best-in-class ERP features to provide an outstanding experience for our craft breweries.

The ideal candidate is an engineer with extensive experience in Go, SQL, Java, who is ready to lead projects focused on enhancing our platform for craft brewery operations. You will drive the development of new features, ensuring seamless integration and robust performance within the system. Join our team and play a pivotal role in transforming the craft brewing industry through cutting-edge technology and strategic engineering solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • As a senior software engineer, your role is to enhance the Arryved ERP application to provide enterprise resource planning software to a wide range of craft breweries.
  • Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of the Arryved ERP product, ensuring it meets growing scale and cross-sell opportunities. Work across the company to solve strategic problems, align technical direction. Grow other developers on the team and set a high bar for engineering best practices.
  • Engage as an integral part of the engineering team, collaborating with product managers and designers throughout the product development lifecycle, from discovery through delivery and ongoing monitoring post-release.

Skills & Competencies:

  • 5+ years of experience required developing large projects using Go.
  • 5+ years of experience required developing large projects using Java.
  • 5+ years of experience required with SQL, including in-depth knowledge of triggers, database migrations, advanced query patterns, and optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in writing are required. We’re a distributed team all over the world, so we pride ourselves on our ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in writing across the team.
  • A mindset that prioritizes MVP (Minimum Viable Product) principles, emphasizing simplicity and efficiency is required.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration and communication across teams is required.
  • Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team is preferred.
