What We Need:
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build and enhance the software that powers our operations, streamlines workflows, and delivers a seamless experience for our patients, vendors, and prescribers. If you’re passionate about coding and believe in the transformative power of well-built software, we’d love to have you on board!
What You Will Do:
- Apply a product-focused mindset to drive meaningful impact.
- Tackle ambiguous challenges, devise effective solutions, and break down work for yourself and others to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Champion and practice AI-assisted coding techniques to enhance development efficiency.
- Build automation tools to reduce developer toil, boost velocity, and maintain software quality.
- Mentor fellow engineers, share knowledge, and advocate for new technologies and best practices.
What You Have:
At Synapse Health we’ve intentionally built a culture of kindness, collaboration, and creativity, and we consider those qualities to be table stakes for any new team member. In addition, this role requires:
- 5+ years of experience with C# .NET (Framework, Core, etc.)
- ADO.NET or Entity Framework or another ORM
- T-SQL Query Authoring
- NUnit or similar unit testing framework
- Experience with database schema modeling
- Knowledge of Medical Systems (EMRs, Insurance Payments, etc.) a plus
