About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Technology as part of Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Technology (CCIBT). This position will be responsible for the full stack design, development, testing, documentation, and analysis of general modules or features of new or upgraded software systems and products.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments

  • Contribute to large scale planning of strategies

  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments

  • Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures

  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals

  • Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 4 + years of experience with Salesforce Platform including Apex, LWC, SOQL, Unit Testing

Desired Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with Salesforce development

  • 4+ years of experience with object-oriented design patterns and development

  • 3+ years of experience of configuration and customization of nCino

  • 3+ years of experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM

  • 3+ years of experience with Commercial Lending

  • 3+ years of experience with complex business system integrations

  • 3 + years of experience using tools like Jenkins/Harness, GitHub, Auto Rabit and testing automation tools like selenium or ACCELQ

  • 3+ years of experience with core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript and jQuery

  • 3+ years of experience with relational databases, or data modelling

  • 3+ years of experience with web services such as REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML

  • Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD), Unit Testing, integration testing, API testing, Performance Testing, and Functional testing

  • Certifications in Salesforce and nCino

  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$84,000.00 - $179,200.00
