Job Role and Responsibility:
Provide technical guidance and consult with applications teams, clients, and Engineering Managers for assigned technology domain environments including cloud, middleware, operating systems, applications, Software-as-a- Service, and Platform-as-a-Service products; Design, code, test, debug, and document programs using Agile development practices; Provide strategy and design for projects associated with their technology domain including upgrade and deployments; Utilize advanced technologies and methods to integrate technology domains, enabling the creation of new or expanded heterogeneous environments; Develop new documentation and departmental technical procedures; Direct the gathering of performance statistics to assist in determining hardware and communication tools needed to support projected transaction volumes, response time, and system availability targets; Provide guidance and direction to resolve highly complex technical problems; and Ensure quality, security, and compliance requirements are met. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications:

- 4 years of experience with application performance, monitoring, and optimization using Blazemeter, JMeter, Splunk, and AppDynamics;
- 4 years of Linux experience;
- 4 years of DevOps experience in automating and building end to end pipelines using Jenkins framework;
- Experience with middleware products Tomcat and Weblogic;
- Experience with all phases and types of SDLC testing;
- Experience with application profiling and performance tuning of highly scalable and available systems;
- Experience with virtualization tools DevTest, LISA, or Netocean;
- Experience with application performance monitoring tools AppDynamics and Introscope; and
- Experience with Java, Oracle, UNIX, performance testing, shell scripting, Apache Kafka, Jenkins, Apache Tomcat, Linux, SQL, and Introscope
