AT A GLANCE

At RVO Health, we’re building an internal AI Enablement Team to help accelerate and enhance our suite of digital products by integrating AI technologies into traditionally non-AI applications. This team operates at the intersection of application development, AI tooling, and infrastructure, enabling product teams to experiment with and deploy AI-powered capabilities at scale.

We’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with strong backend experience and solid frontend development skills, who’s excited to work on AI-enhanced applications. While experience with AI tooling is a bonus, we’re looking for someone with strong full stack engineering ability and a genuine interest in the AI space. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across the stack, collaborating closely with other engineers, and contributing to the technical direction of AI-powered products.

Where You'll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.
