Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Senior Software Engineer in Iselin, NJ.
Job Role and Responsibility: Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments. Contribute to large scale planning of strategies. Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments. Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures. Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients' needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals. Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications: Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related technical field plus 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving software engineering experience.
Specific skills required:

• 4 years of engineering experience with Oracle banking suite of products including FLEXCUBE Universal Banking Solution (FCUBS) versions 14.x and above or Oracle Banking Payments Module (OBPM) or Oracle Banking Liquidity Management (OBLM);
• 4 years of Corporate Banking experience;
• 4 years of large bank implementation experience; and
• 4 years of exposure to the various modules of Oracle suite of products, Money Markets, Foreign Exchange, Term Deposits, Integration Gateway, and Core module.

Salary: $151,819 - $196,000
