ROLE: SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER (TESTER)

REQUIRED:

  • Active Public Trust
  • Remote
  • Federal civilian agency experience • IRS or Treasury experience preferred • Experience supporting mission-critical production applications • Experience operating in FISMA-regulated environments • Experience with Agile, SDLC, and application lifecycle management processes • Experience supporting production deployments and application maintenance • Experience supporting application modernization and migration efforts • Strong communication and documentation skills
    Role Summary
  • Serves as the technical lead responsible for software development, testing, deployment support, release management, requirements analysis, defect resolution, and technical oversight for the MIS environment.

    • Lead software development activities • Analyze and implement change requests • Support requirements analysis and solution design • Oversee application testing and deployment activities • Coordinate production releases • Support performance and capacity testing • Support Section 508 compliance testing • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Maintain technical documentation • Assist with modernization and migration initiatives

DESCRIPTION:

Constellation West is a 29-year WOSB and Prime Federal Contractor bidding on IRS Criminal Investigation (CI) Management Information System Support Services (MISSS)
 
Qualified incumbent personnel currently supporting this mission will be afforded Right of First Refusal (ROFR) for applicable positions, consistent with contract requirements and contingent upon continued eligibility, performance, and government approval.
