Senior Software Developer

As a Senior Software Developer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Using your software development skills to develop high scale, secure, and resilient products and services

  • Innovating with the latest technologies and cloud ecosystems

  • Being an active member of a scrum team by participating in all phases of SDLC, including design, development, and code reviews

  • Delivering and deploying our products and services to environments around the world

  • Helping to resolve escalated customer support issues

  • Complying with corporate policies and procedures while acting in a manner consistent with Solventum’s values and ethical standards

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 6 years of software development experience

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED from AND 10 years of years of software development experience

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • Four (4) years of experience in full-stack software development using C#

  • Four (4) years of experience with web services and cloud deployments

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Two (2) years’ experience developing web-based applications using front-end technologies (HTML5, Angular, JavaScript)

  • Two (2) years’ experience with cloud architectures and large-scale hosted applications

  • Two (2) years’ experience developing with another programing language (Python, or Java)

  • Experience with web application security and identity management

  • Two (2) years’ experience with SQL-based databases

  • Experience presenting in front of large technical audiences

  • Demonstrated track record of delivering high-visibility projects on a tight timeline

  • Previous work history in Health Information Systems field

  • Experience in Agile development with test automation and continuous deployment

  • Master’s degree in computer science or related discipline

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
